Video : A Terrace of 33m2 Totally Transformed

The landscape architect Alex Decree – AD concept Gardens – has made this terrace of 33m2 with no soul, a place full of charm.

A floor slab weathered, joints overgrown with moss, … the terrace of this apartment in Paris that still offers a sublime view of the Eiffel Tower, displays that can appeal.

In two weeks, the architect Alex Decree was transformed into a place of surprising charm divided into two parts: one side the dining room overlooking the Eiffel Tower, the other room. He imagined a terrace on the ground lined with plates of ipe and crushed marble slabs, he put the wood trellises around for privacy and designed a bench with storage bins and integrated. This occupies the bench seating area, covered with large red cushions, she then takes Mediterranean style. To enhance this sense of escape when we moved in, the landscape was dotted the terrace of grass, fragrant jasmine, boxwood, hydrangeas, Bonsai and Cordyline. Upon nightfall, downlights and sconces illuminate the lounge area and plants that surround it.
